@nizarus No, if you want to distribute and promote your distribution, you need to update the name and logo (but if i remind it was updated). #limesurvey have the same system : if you want to sell limesurvey service, you don't have rights to use logo, and don't use more than necessary the name.

@vinzv : I think with GPL code, you can always update the name shown in all code, just leave the base name in Copyright notice, no ? Else it's don't GPL.
